Angela is in network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Clients with one of these plans who choose to authorize insurance company involvement in treatment, will pay the co-pay fee determined by their insurance plan. Your insurance company will have the right to review treatment plan information to determine reimbursement for services.

Clients choosing not to authorize insurance company involvement in treatment or choosing to see Angela as an out-of-network provider will pay $100 per 60-minute session (including initial or intake session). A super-bill will be provided should clients seek reimbursement from insurance for out-of-network services.

Payment is required at each session in the form of check, cash, credit card, or Paypal.
